About PAS

The Phoenix Astronomical Society is a 501(c)(3) registered Public Charity. Donations and gifts are tax deductable.

Our members include amateur and professional astronomers, teachers, learners, oldsters and youngsters. Founded in 1948, we are interested in telescopes, binoculars, astrophotography, planetaria, astronautics, sky lore, astrogeology,  NASA, celestial navigation, and any other astronomy-related topic.

We invite you to read the Newsletter, watch some videos, register for an event or workshop, peruse member astrophotographs, arrange for a Star Tour, review our history, or join our society.
